Focusing on "Made in China 2025" and Training Advanced Manufacturing Outstanding Engineers

我国制造业正处在转型升级的关键时期,要实施制造业兴国战略,人才培养是关键之一。卓越工程师教育培养计划立足于应用型工程人才的培养,为制造业储备人才培养提供了新的思路。分析了新时期行业企业对机械类本科毕业生能力和素养的要求,介绍了南京工程学院在先进制造卓越工程师人才培养中的改革与实践。最后,总结了"卓越计划"在人才培养中发挥的作用,并对新时期机械类卓越工程师培养的方向进行了展望。

Chinese manufacturing is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading. To implement the strategy of rejuvenating China through manufacturing, talents cultivation is one of key problems. ＂A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers （PETOE）＂ aims at cultivating engineering application talents, which provides a new idea for reserve talents training of manufacturing. In this paper, requirements of ability and quality for mechanical undergraduates are analyzed in the new period. Next, the reform and practice of training advanced manufacturing outstanding engineers in Nanjing Institute of Technology is introduced and the development of training advanced manufacturing outstanding engineers in the future is forecasted.
