摘要
调查大学实习生留职现状,了解新形势下大学实习生留职的原因,具有理论和现实意义。以莆田学院管理学院为例,调查结果显示,"工作本身""个人发展""薪酬福利""人际关系"和"公司管理"等因素对大学实习生留职意愿具有正向的影响。提出要在政府、学校、企业和大学生自身等方面,寻找改善大学实习生留职现状的对策。
The survey on university interns' staying and working in the internship units helps to get to know the reason of interns' doing so under new circumstances, thus putting forward countermeasures. The survey shows that factors such as the job itself, personal development, salary and welfare, interpersonal relationship as well as the company's management have great impact on the interns' willingness to stay and work. So, all the four parties including government, universities, the internship units and students themselves, should work together to make the interns stay and work.
