摘要 随着互联网技术在各行各业应用的日益深入,如何有效借助互联网技术提高大客户业扩报装的管理与服务水平值得思考。基于丰富的大客户业扩报装服务经验,剖析大客户业扩报装服务的现状及问题,借助互联网技术实现大客户业扩报装服务水平、质量双提升的新途径,搭建了基于"互联网+"的大客户业扩报装创新服务平台,并描述了新服务平台的主要功能模块及其应用前景。 With the increasing application of Internet technology in all walks of life,how to effectively use the Internet technology to improve the management and service of major clients' power business expansion is worth thinking about.In this paper,the author made an in- depth analysis of the present situation and problems about the major clients' power business expansion service with the help of rich experience in servicing.Besides,this paper explored new ways of using the Internet technology to enhance the quality of major clients' service and level.Based on these findings,this paper constructed an innovative service platform based on Internet technology and described its main function modules and application prospect.
