边境口岸城市吸纳人口能力分析——基于内蒙古二连浩特市的调研

Analysis of the Capacity of Border Port Cities in Absorbing Workforce——Based on the Investigation of Erenhot City in Inner Mongolia

通过对内蒙古二连浩特市吸纳人口要素的调研分析,提出充足的就业岗位是吸纳人口的前提;同时对二连浩特市劳动力市场职业供给与需求状况进行分析,从就业角度提出边境口岸城市在吸纳人口方面存在的不足,提出完善边境口岸城市吸纳功能的建议。

By investigating and analyzing some factors of absorbing workforce in Erenhot, the author concludes that sufficient jobs are the premise to absorbing workforce. Then, the author analyzes the supply and demand of the labor market in Erenhot and figures out that it is deficient to absorb workforce at the border port cities, and puts forward some ways to improve that.
