关于高职院校辅导员育人工作实效性的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Educational Work Effectiveness of Vocational College Counselors

高校辅导员担负着重要的育人职能。本文分析了高职院校辅导员育人工作存在的问题,提出了高职院校辅导员应结合高职学生实际,本着"育人为本、德育为先"和引导学生"成人、成熟、成才、成功"的工作理念,以立德树人为根本,以思想教育为主线,以学风建设为导向,以素质拓展活动为载体,以目标教育为重点,充分利用各种有效资源为学生提供个性化辅导,增强育人工作的实效性,引导学生全面发展。

Vocational college counselors play an important role in moral education. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the educational work of vocational college counselors, and puts forward some ideas that they should be combined with students＇ practical spirit and thought. They should also insist on the work ethic of ＂moral education essentials, virtue education first＂, and guide students to establish the idea of ＂adult, mature, useful, success＂. They must place importance on moral education, treat the ideological edu- cation as the main line, accord to the construction of study style as the guidance, and diathesis developing activity as the carrier and emphasis on the education target. They should make full use of all kinds of effective resources to provide personalized guidance for students, enhance the effect of educational work, and guide the students＂ comprehensive development.
