政务服务标准化作为一种现代管理的科学方法和提高服务质量的有效手段正逐渐被各级政府部门运用到政府公共服务领域。文中通过对海事政务服务标准化建设现状和问题的研究分析,探讨了海事行政审批标准体系构建的思路,以及实施过程中相应的对策和建议。

As a modern scientific managerial method and an effective means for enhancing service quality, the standardization of governlncntal service has been applied ill public service by governmental departments at various levels. Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of the developlnent of maritime government service standardization, the paper studies the approaches for the development of the standard system for maritime administrative approval as well as relevant counterrmeasures and suggestions in the implementation.
