摘要
随着"互联网+"的推进,教师学习共同体成为教师开展非正式学习的重要组成部分。在构建了网络学习共同体分析模型之后,从活动过程、活动议题和社会网络三个维度对教师学习共同体开展的研修活动进行了分析。研究结果表明,教师学习共同体中,大多数学习者依靠学习者和帮助者指导者的结构对等性,通过参与学习过程,按照活动议题内容开展研修,实现互相学习。在交流过程中,学习者个体自我网络中的节点数与边的个数,决定了其信息分享层的知识建构的程度。
With development of the "Internet + ", the teachers' learning community become an important part of the informal learning of teachers. After constructing the analysis model of the network learning community, the research analysed the teachers' learning community research from three aspects, such as activity process, activity topic and social network. The results showed that in the learning community of teachers, most learners relied on the structural equivalence of other learners, helpers and counselors. They accorded to the content of activities to carry out research activities and realize mutual learning in the learning process. In the process of communication, the number of nodes and edges with the learner's individual self network determined the degree of knowledge construction of information sharing layer.
