提高基层医院糖尿病视网膜病变防治水平模式初步探讨

Preliminary discussion on prevention and treatment pattern of diabetic retinopathy in primary hospital

糖尿病视网膜病变是我国主要致盲性眼病。我国是人口大国,糖尿病发生率高,基数大,预防糖尿病盲关键在于早期发现早期干预。三甲医院与基层医院对口支援,通过对基层医院眼科医师及内科医师的相关知识和临床技能的培训,提高糖尿病视网膜病变的筛查率,建立基层医院糖尿病视网膜病变防治模式,对于预防糖尿病盲具有重要作用。

Diabetic retinopathy（DR） is a main blindness-causing disease in China. Due to large population and high prevalence of diabetes which means high predisposed population in China,early diagnosis and intervention are key strategies to prevent blindness caused by DR. A partnership between 3A grade hospital and primary hospital will help to enhance the relevant medical expertise and clinical skills of primary care doctors to improve the screen-ing rate of DR. Establishing a prevention pattern of DR in primary hospital is important to reduce the occurrence of blindness caused by DR.
