Under the VMI, the two level supply chain composed of a single supplier and a single retailer can use the supply chain contract to coordinate the emergency response. In the case of supplier management inventory and supply chain under normal operation, the supplier and the retailer use the surplus subsidy contract to reasonably distribute the profit of the supply chain. Discussed after the occurrence of unexpected events, the market demand change and market demand changes, supply chain profit status, and analysis of the supply chain by using the modified surplus subsidy contract, the profits of the supply chain before and after the change. After analysis, the modified contract can make the emergency achieve coordination. Finally, numerical analysis is used to verify the validity and rationality of the original surplus subsidy contract and the modified contract.
