摘要
针对田口质量损失函数无法描述生产实践中存在的质量补偿效果,在赋予了泰勒级数展开式中常数项的物理意义——质量补偿的基础上,提出了质量损益函数的概念.结合结构方程理论,设计了一类高阶因子模型测算大坝混凝土施工各质量特性对工程质量的质量载荷;考虑质量特性的质量补偿效果,构建了大坝混凝土施工质量容差优化模型,以探求施工阶段各质量特性的最优容差调整率,最大程度改善大坝混凝土施工的整体质量.
For the quality compensation effect existing in the production practice that cannot be described by Taguchi quality loss function, this paper presents the concept of quality gain- loss function, which is based on endowing the constant term in the expansion of Taylor series with physical meaning--quality compensation. Combining the theory of structural equation, a kind of high order factor model is developed to measure the mass loading from each quality characteristic of dam concrete construction to the engineering quality. In considering the quality compensation effect, tolerance optimization model for quality characteristics of the dam concrete construction is constructed to obtain the optimal tolerance improve rate of each quality characteristic and meliorate the overall quality of dam concrete construction at most.
