摘要
目的:了解支付宝在北京市三甲综合医院的应用现状,提出完善措施。方法:对北京市开通支付宝功能的4所三甲综合医院进行问卷调查和个人深入访谈,应用SPSS20.0对数据进行统计分析。结果:支付宝用户的平均年龄是35岁;85.95%的患者通过医院宣传了解支付宝服务窗;80%支付宝用户的候诊时间在20分钟以内;支付宝用户对就医流程的满意度达94.4%;支付宝利用率在调查医院均不足10%。结论:建议加强宣传力度,拓展宣传的广度;完善网络系统建设与软件功能;增设就诊卡挂失系统等。
Objective: To research the application status quo and problems of Alipay in tertiary hospitals in Beijing and then put forward rel- evant Methods: Questionnaire surveys and in-depth individual interviews were conducted towards foul: major tertiary hospitals in Beijing which have opened Alipay payment.The collection data was analysed using SPSS 2.0. Results: The average age of people who used Alipay in hospital was 35; 85.95% of the patients knew about Alipay through the hospital propaganda; 80% of the palients' waiting time was in twenty minutes after using queuing reminding service of Alipay ; the degree of patients' satisfaction towards treatment process after using Alipay payment reached 94.4%; the utilization rate of Alipay in all investigated hospitals was less than 10%. Conclusion: It was necessary for hospitals to enhance their propaganda, perfect network system construction and software functions such as additional report loss system regarding the treatment cards.
