基于加权TOPSIS法的珠三角地区三甲医院经济管理效益分析

Analysis of Economic Management Benefit of Top Tertiary Hospitals in Pearl River Delta Area Based on Weighted TOPSIS Method

目的:对医院经济管理效益做出评价和分析,为行业决策和医院管理提供参考意见,提高医院运行效率和效益。方法:应用加权TOPSIS法从经营成本、经济效益、运营效率、患者负担、发展能力5个方面对珠三角地区8所三甲医院2014年的经济管理效益进行综合评价。结果:综合评价显示,8所医院经济管理效益最好的是F医院,最差的是E医院。结论:运用加权TOPSIS法综合评价医院经济管理效益,能客观反映不同医院经济管理效益的优劣程度并找出原因,对提高医院经济管理效益具有实用价值。

Objective： To make comprehensive evaluation and analysis on the hospital economic management benefit in order to provide references for hospital management and decision and to improve the efficiency and benefit of the hospital. Methods： Using weighted TOPSIS to evaluate economic management benefit of 8 top tertiary hospitals in Pearl River Deha area from five aspects ： operational cost, economic benefit, operational efficiency, burden of patients and development capacity. Results： The result of comprehensive evaluation reflected that the best was F hospital and the worst was E hospital. Conclusion： It could objectively reflect the advantages and disadvantages of different hospital economic management benefits and find out the reasons and it was valuable for increasing hospital economic management benefit by using weighted TOPSIS to make a comprehensive evaluation.
