摘要
目的:以青海省某少数民族自治县为例,对医保参保居民认知、就医行为及满意度进行调查,分析其主要影响因素。方法:以方便抽样方式选取126名青海省某少数民族自治县的基本医疗保险参保居民,采用自制问卷对其进行调查,对参保居民的就医行为及对当前医保政策的知晓度和满意度进行描述性统计和秩和检验分析。结果:该县各民族参保居民对医保制度的认知程度均较低,47.2%的居民只"听说过",51.6%的参保居民关心医保制度;就诊方便(49.2%)和服务技术(30.1%)是影响就医场所选择的2个主要因素;参保居民对医疗服务的总体满意度为84.6%,其中对医疗设备的满意度最高,为93.9%,对药品价格满意度最低,为69.0%。结论:应加强青海省少数民族地区医保政策宣传,同时关注少数民族参保居民切实的医疗需求,出台具有针对性的医保政策进行调整。
Objective: Taking an ethic minority autonomous county in Qinghai province as an example, we investigated the cognition, medical treatment behavior and satisfaction of residents with medical insurance and analyzed the main affecting factors. Methods: 126 residents with medical insurance were randomly selected to investigate their medical treatment behavior, cognition and satisfaction degree of medical insurance policy by using self-contract questionnaire. Results: The cognition degree of residents with medical insurance in the county was low. 47.2% of the insured residents only heardof, but 51.6% of the insured residents concerned about the health insurance system. The factors which had most effect on selecting medical facilities were convenient (49.2%) and medical skill (30.1%). 84.6% of the insured residents satisfied with the medical service as a whole. Satisfaction with medical equipment was the highest (93.9%), while satisfaction with drug prices was the lowest (69.0%). Conclusion: The propaganda of medical insurance policy in minority areas of Qinghai Province should be strengthened, In the same time, the policy should be adjusted to concern about the medical needs of minority insured residents.
