南京市高校大学生吸烟行为及相关认知和态度调查分析

Investigation on Behavior,Knowledge and Attitude of Smoking in College Students in Nanjing

目的:了解大学生吸烟现状、对烟草的认知和态度,为开展高校大学生控烟健康教育提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样的方法,应用自行设计的问卷调查大学生的吸烟行为、对烟草的认知与态度。结果:调查的大学生中吸烟率为14.8%,男性吸烟率高于女性,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。仅有30.2%的学生会对他人吸烟行为选择进行劝阻。结论:男性大学生有较高的吸烟率,抵制烟草情况不容乐观,应有重点地进行控烟教育以改变大学生对烟草的态度,从而降低大学生吸烟率。

Objective： To investigate the current situation, the knowledge about tobacco and the attitude among college students so as to provide a basis for the health education of tobacco control. Methods： Convenience sampling method was adopted. Using the self-designed question- naire to investigate the smoking situation of college students, knowledge and attitude of the smoking, and the data were statistically analyzed by chi -square test.Results：Among the 782 college students surveyed, there were 116 smokers. Smoking rate of college students was 14.8%, among which male smoking rate was 18.5%, 2.8% for fennale.The smoking rate of male was higher than that of female, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.30.2% of students chose to prevent when someone was smoking, others tended to ＂hate the action but don＇t prevent＂（ 46. 0% ）. Conclusion： The smoking rate of male college students was high.Rejecting tobacco situation was not optimistic and some environmental factors against control of smoking existed. We should focus on anti-smoking education to changecollege students＂ attitude to tobacco, so as to reduce theirsmoking rate.
