摘要
目的:多学科团队诊疗模式是目前治疗肿瘤最有效的解决方案,本研究探索多学科团队教学法在胸外科实习中的效果和作用。方法:将2013年6月-2014年12月在上海市某医院胸外科实习的36名临床医学八年制学生随机分为多学科团队组和传统教学组各18人,多学科团队组除了完成传统教学外,还要在带教老师的指导下参加多学科团队讨论。教学完成后对学生进行相关考核和问卷调查,采用描述性统计和T检验、χ2检验等比较2组学生在考核成绩和满意度上的差别。结果:多学科团队组病例分析考试成绩(34.7±2.7)明显高于对照组(29.6±4.4,t=4.113,P<0.001),理论笔试成绩(34.5±2.5)也明显高于对照组(31.1±3.0,t=3.703,P=0.001)。2组学生在实习兴趣、知识掌握满意度、实习满意度等方面没有明显差异(均P>0.05)。结论:多学科团队教学能提高胸外科实习生掌握知识的能力。
Objective: Multi discipline Team (MDT) treatment model is the most effective way for cancer treatment. This study aims to investigate the efdfect of MDT teaching method in internship of thoracic surgery. Methods: From June 2013 to December 2014, 36 medical students of 8-year program finished internship in department of thoracic surgery. The students were assigned to MDT group and traditional teaching group randomly. MDT group students participated additional MDT discussions after they completed traditional teaching. At the end, the students took ex- aminations and answered questionnaires. The scores of examinations and satisfaction were compared. Results: The case analysis score of MDT group (34.7±2.7) was significantly higher than that of control group (29.6±4.4 ,t =4.113, P〈0.001 ), and the theory score of MDT group (34.5 ±2.5) was significantly higher than that of control group (31.1±3.0,t=3.703,P=0.001) as well. The interest of internship in thoracic surgery, satisfaction of mastery of knowledge and satisfaction of internship showed no significant difference in two groups. Conclusion: MDT teaching meth- od can enhance the ability of interns in mastering knowledge.
