摘要
目的:了解卫生行政部门和医院对卫生管理专业毕业生实习能力的需求,分析实习培养存在的问题并提出合理建议。方法:以武汉市某医学院校卫生管理专业本科生实习所在单位的69名部门负责人为调查对象进行问卷调查。结果:实习生实习前应具备办公软件使用能力、人际交往能力、公文撰写能力和办公设备使用能力。实习部门强调实习生的实践能力,但对实习生培养参与度不够。实习生管理的困难集中在实习生时间不稳定、工作压力和强度适应力差与实习态度问题上。结论:缩小卫管人才能力与社会需求的差距应加强学校与用人单位的沟通联系,增加实习前的培训,同时建立多元化的考核评价系统,提高实习质量。
Objective: To understand the internship requirement of graduates majoring in heahh management and analyze the existing issues related to practicing management to provide suggestions for further improvement of graduates' ability. Methods: A survey of 69 department directors who were responsible for graduates' internship were conducted by questionnaire. Results: Before internship health management students should have the ability to use office software (government 71%, hospital 88% ), interpersonal skills (government 71%, hospitt,1 81% ), document writing skills (government 71%, hospital 65%) and the ability to use office equipment (government 67%, hospital 63%). Internship departments emphasized interns' practical work, but they didn't care much about training. Difficulties encountered in practicing management mainly concentrated in unstable intern time (government 33%, hospital 40%), working pressure adaptation (government 33%, hospital 19% ) and attitude to internship (government 14%, hospital 25%). Conclusion: We should increase the contact between school and department director, strengthen the training before internship and carry out the diversified evaluation system for quality improvement of internship so as to narrowing the gap between social demand and undergraduates' ability.
