摘要
随着现代矿用汽车行业的发展趋势于大型化、轻量化、高参数化。在作业过程中卡车各部件受到载重、行驶路况和工作环境的限制,长期处于疲劳状态导致卡车大型结构件频繁开裂。目前先服役于神华北电胜利能源有限公司内的830E系列卡车在采剥运行过程中,部分卡车主梁(以焊接主发动机支架处大梁为例)出现严重开裂现象,经过对开裂原因的详细分析,制定了针对卡车大梁有效的焊接修复方法,详细地叙述了焊接修复的具体工艺措施及步骤。本焊接方法可以为日常矿用设备的出动率打下了良好的基础。并为再次焊接类似故障大型设备提供了有力的参考资料。
With the development trend of development of modern mines-road car industry to mine large, lightweight, high parameters.
