摘要
针对采煤机扭矩轴更换成本过高问题,通过修改过载保护的结构,用直齿端齿盘结构传递扭矩,利用端齿传递动力产生轴向力,使过载时轴向力带动轴向位移的特点,使轴脱开端齿盘,断开过载冲击的传递。避免整体更换扭矩轴,以降低煤矿井下的维护成本。
Aming at the problem of high replacement cost of present shearer's torque axis. By modifying the overload protection structure, using straight gear end-toothed disc to transfer torque, and using the characteristics of end-toothed transmission power occurring axial forces, during overload time axial forces can drive axial displacement, free end-toothed disc and off overload shock transmission, so that it avoids replacing the torque axis overall and reduces the maintenance cost from user.
