摘要
根据乳化液泵原理和MT/T 188.2-2000标准的要求,研制了一种基于远程控制的乳化液泵测试系统。重点介绍了测试系统的构成、实现功能及测试系统的软件设计。使用该测试系统对K350、K500等型号乳化液泵和S500、K160等型号的喷雾泵进行了试用测试,在保障实验人员和设备的安全性,提高测试效率和测试精度等方面表现突出。该测试系统已经作为泵站出厂检验和泵站技术研究的手段。
According to the principle of emulsion pump and the requirement of 188.2-2000 MT/T standard,developed a new test system of emulsion pump based on remote control. The structure, function and software design of the test system are introduced emphatically. Use this test system for K500, K350 and other types of emulsion pump and S500, K160 and other models of the spray pump for a trial test. In ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment, improve the efficiency of testing, testing accuracy and other aspects of the outstanding performance. The test system has been used as an important platform for the research of pumping station technology.
