摘要
以ZYW-1200钻机的导轨为依据,对钻机导轨的材料选用、结构形式设计和导轨淬火热处理进行了对比分析。通过优化设计,使导轨设计更合理,通过预处理、淬火温度、预热、氮化等热处理因素对40Cr钢硬度的影响进行分析,提高了导轨的耐磨性,满足了设计和使用要求。
Based on the guide rail of ZYW-1200 rig, the material selection, structural design and heat treatment of rail quenching were compared and analyzed. Through the optimization design, the rail design is more reasonable, through the pre-treatment, quenching temperature, preheating, nitriding and other heat treatment factors on 40Cr steel hardness analysis to improve the wear resistance of rails to meet the design and requirements
