水泵长期输送水、油等液体介质,其主轴、叶轮等主要零部件在运行过程中容易产生汽蚀、腐蚀及疲劳裂纹等缺陷,直接影响水泵的安全运行。简要介绍无损检测技术的重要性,针对水泵铸件、焊接件和锻件的材质及工艺不同特点,提出了采用有效的无损检测方法,对水泵的运行进行检测。
