摘要 水泵长期输送水、油等液体介质,其主轴、叶轮等主要零部件在运行过程中容易产生汽蚀、腐蚀及疲劳裂纹等缺陷,直接影响水泵的安全运行。简要介绍无损检测技术的重要性,针对水泵铸件、焊接件和锻件的材质及工艺不同特点,提出了采用有效的无损检测方法,对水泵的运行进行检测。 Water pump long-term conveying water, oil and other liquid medium, the main parts of the main shaft, impeller easily causes cavitation, corrosion and fatigue crack defects in the operation process, directly affect the safe operation of the pump. Briefly introduces the importance of nondestructive testing technology, according to the different characteristics of the material and processing and forging casting, welding pump, the nondestructive testing method is effective and has important significance to guarantee the safe operation of the pump product quality.
