摘要
针对新桥煤矿综掘工作面粉尘浓度高、治理困难现状,开展了高压喷雾、泡沫除尘与可调式控风抽尘净化装置应用对比研究。详细介绍了3种降尘技术的降尘机理、系统组成及设备现场布置方式。通过现场应用发现:可调式控风抽尘净化技术一次性投入较低、降尘效果更佳,在工作面净断面积允许条件下,应作为工作面首选的防尘技术。
According to the status of high dust concentration and treatment difficulties in the fully mechanized face of Xinqiao Coal Mine , it puts forward comparative study on adjustable control wind pumping and high pressure spray and foam dedusting technology.it introduces dust reduction mechanism and system components and site layout of three kinds of technologies.it proves that the adjustable control wind pumping technology is the best technology because it makes one-time investment low, dust suppression effect better.
