摘要
针对液压支架连杆制造批量大、质量不好控制的问题,引进连杆焊接机器人,在分析焊接工艺参数的基础上,应用有限元软件MSC-Marc模拟了连杆盖板单边V形坡口多层多道焊,获得了三维多道焊接温度场和残余应力场,并对结果进行了分析,对改进焊接工艺有一定的指导意义。
