新型带湿带锈涂料研制及其应用

Development and Application of New Coatings for Surfaces with Rust and Water

以双酚A环氧树脂E20作为涂料主要成膜物质,采用X800-1转锈树脂、乙酰丙酮渗透剂、三聚磷酸二氢铝、磷酸锌、氧化锌等稳锈型颜填料为带锈涂装组分,结合腰果酚改性胺环氧带湿固化剂和包含无水乙醇的混合溶剂,研制出可带湿带锈涂装的新型带湿带锈涂料。介绍了该新型带湿带锈涂料的设计原理及其在沿海趸船装备上的应用情况。

The new coatings for surfaces with rust and water was development with the bisphenol A epoxy resin E20 as the main film-forming materials of coatings and the pigments and fillers like rust-converting resin X800-1, acetylacetone penetrant, aluminum dihydrogen tripolyphosphate, zinc phosphate, zinc oxide, etc. as coating compositions, and by combining cardanol modified amine epoxy curing agent with water and a mixed solvent containing anhydrous ethanol. Its design principle and application on coastal pontoon equipment were also introduced.
