摘要
介绍了一种应用于汽车传动轴的底面合一水性防腐涂料体系,目的在于解决圆盘式静电涂装工艺及配方调整、水性单组分涂层耐腐蚀性差以及工件下线干燥性问题。通过电镜分析与盐雾测试探讨了主体树脂、催干剂、功能性防锈颜料、颜基比对涂层耐腐蚀性以及增稠触变体系对圆盘式静电涂装抗流挂与流平的影响,并与溶剂型聚氨酯涂料作对比,涂膜性能达到现有溶剂型聚氨酯体系,产品施工简便,满足企业安全生产的需求。
A new one-coat waterborne anti-corrosion coating system applied to automobile transmission shaft was introduced in order to solve the problems like disc type electrostatic coating process and its formula adjustment, poor corrosion resistance of one-component waterborne coating as well as the drying problems of workpiece after the assembly line. The effects of the matrix resin, drier, functional anti-rust pigment and pigment-binder ratio on the corrosion resistance of the coating and the effects of thixotropic thickening system on anti-sagging and leveling properties of disc type electrostatic coating were studied through the electron microscopy and analysis and salt spray test, and then compared with those of solvent polyurethane coatings. It has been found that the coating performance of the new system reaches that of the current solvent-based polyurethane system, is simple in construction and can meet the needs of safe production for enterprises.
