摘要
目的建立一种快捷、高灵敏度的磁性固相萃取/氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法的检测技术并且用于测定水中汞的残留量。方法水样品经磁性聚苯乙烯纳米材料(HCP-Fe_3O_4)预富集后,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定痕量汞。研究样品氢化物产生的条件、样品pH值、萃取时间和洗脱剂用量等对汞的回收率的影响。结果在最优实验条件下,汞在0.5~10 ng/L浓度范围内呈良好线性关系,富集因子为150。相关系数均不小于0.998 6,检出限为0.1 ng/L,平均回收率为99.1%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为2.8%。结论该方法可用于实际样品的分析。
[Objective]To establish a rapid,sensitive and accurate method for determination of mercury in water samples by magnetic solid phase extraction coupled with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Methods] HCP-Fe_3O_4 was applied as effective sorbent for the pre-concentration of mercury in water samples. Hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was applied to determine trace mercury. The main factors affecting the recoveries of mercury were investigated,such as hydride generating conditions,sample p H value,extracting period,eluent volume.[Results]Under the optimal condition,good linearity for the mercury was obtained between 0.5-10 ng/L. The enhancement factor of the proposed method was 150. The correlation coefficients were not less than 0. 998 6. The limit of detection was 0.1 ng/L. The recoveries were between 99.1%-102.4%with relative standard deviations of 2.8%.[Conclusion]The developed method can be applied in the real samples.
