大学生日常烦心事和生命意义感与心理健康的关系

Relationships between daily hassles,sense of life meaning and mental health of college students

目的考察大学生日常烦心事、生命意义感与心理健康的关系。方法整群抽取陕西某高校422名大学生,采用大学生日常烦心事量表、中文生命意义感量表和一般健康问卷进行现场调查。结果 42.4%的大学生有明确的生活意义,45.5%的大学生没有明确的生活目标,12.1%的大学生缺乏生命意义感;有明确生活意义的大学生其日常烦心事和负性情绪水平明显低于没有明确生活目标者(P<0.01);生命意义体验和总体生命意义与日常烦心事和心理健康各因子均呈显著相关(P<0.05);大学生的学业烦恼、生命意义体验和人际烦恼能显著预测其自我肯定水平(P=76.616,P<0.01);人际烦恼、未来担忧和生命意义体验能显著预测个体的心理健康水平(P=70.398,P<0.01)。结论大学生日常烦心事、生命意义感与心理健康存在不同程度的相关关系。

[Objective]To investigate the relationship between the daily hassles,sense of life meaning and mental health of college students.[Methods] 422 college students collected by the cluster sampling were investigated with the Questionnaire of Undergraduates＇ Daily Hassles,Meaning in Life Questionnaire and General Health Questionnaire.[Results]42.4% of students had clear life goals,45.5% of them had no clear life goals,and 12.1% of them lacked the sense of the meaning of life. The daily hassles and negative emotion levels of college students who had clear life goals were significantly lower than those lacked life goals（P〈0.01）. The experience of life meaning and the whole life meaning were significantly related to the daily hassles and the dimensions of mental health（P〈0.05）. College students＇ academic troubles,experience of life meaning and interpersonal troubles could significantly predict their own level of self affirmation（P=76.616,P〈0.01）. Interpersonal troubles,future worries and experience of life meaning could significantly predict level of mental health（P =70.398,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The daily hassles,sense of life meaning of college students are related to mental health of them at different level.
