经济新常态阶段,国家电力投资集团公司与华能、华电、大唐、国电五大发电集团具有更加注重提高清洁能源比重、更加注重"走出去"、更加注重科技创新、更加注重产融结合等共同发展特征。通过五大发电集团在"走出去"能力、科技创新能力、资本运营能力等方面的比较,国家电力投资集团公司在中国电力行业及未来发展中具有较有利地位和优势。经济新常态背景下,国家电力投资集团公司应实施清洁能源战略、"走出去"战略、创新驱动战略和结构性重组战略。
In the new economic normal phase, the State Power Investment Corporation and four major power generation groups:Huaneng, Huadian, Datang, Guodian and State Power Investment Corporation have pay more attention to improve the proportion of clean energy, more focus on "Going Out", more attention to technological innovation, more attention to the combination and other common development characteristics. By comparison in terms of "Going Out" capability, technological innovation and capital operation ability of these five power generation groups, it is found that the State Power Investment Corporation has a more favorable position and advantages in China's power industry and its future development. Under the new normal, the State Power Investment Corporation should implement clean energy strategy of "Going Out", innovation-driven and structural reorganization.
