摘要
太阳能电池片(硅片)在全自动硅片下料机的传输过程中,容易出现皮带印迹造成硅片污染,降低良品率,影响电池片的转换效率。通过分析全自动硅片下料机在运行过程中产生皮带印迹和脏污的原因,提出了优化直流步进电机传输段和交流步进电机传输段的解决方案,提高了全自动硅片下料机的洁净性和稳定性。
It's easy to make the silicon wafers have belt dirt during transmission with automatic wafer download machine. The dirt causes the lower rate of good product, and affects the conversion effi ciency of solar cell(silicon). Analyze the reason of belt dirt during transmission with automatic wafer download machine. Put forward the solutions of optimizing DC stepper motor transmission and AC stepper motor transmission. The cleanness and stability of automatic wafer download machine was improved.
