摘要
以溴化铜和溴化苄基三苯基鏻盐为原料,在含有氢溴酸的甲醇溶液中合成了1种含四溴合铜配阴离子的苄基三苯基季鏻盐[BnTPP]_2[CuBr_4]·2H_2O([BnTPP]^+为苄基三苯基鏻鎓离子),通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、电子喷雾质谱和X-射线单晶衍射对其进行了组成分析和结构表征.结果表明:合成的季鏻盐[BnTPP]_2[CuBr_4]·2H_2O属于单斜晶系,空间群P2(1),晶胞参数为:a=0.871 6(1)nm,b=1.641 5(2)nm,c=1.646 8(2)nm,β=96.156(3)°,V=2.342 5(4)nm^3,Z=2,Dc=1.596 g/cm3,GOOF=1.032,R1=0.046 8,wR2=0.096 4.季鏻盐由1个[CuBr_4]^(2-)阴离子、2个[BnTPP]^+阳离子和2个水分子组成,相邻阳离子通过苯环之间的π…π堆积作用形成了二聚体;晶体中的C—H…Br、O—H…Br和C—H…O氢键使整个分子形成了网状结构.抗菌活性表明,[BnTPP]_2[CuBr_4]比[BnTPP]^+Br^-对大肠杆菌和金葡萄球菌具有更好的抗菌活性.
A benzyltriphenylphosphonium salt containing tetrabromocuprate(II) anion,[BnTPP]2[CuBr4]·2H2O,has been synthesized by the reaction of copper bromide and benzyltriphenylphosphonium bromide in methanol solution,and characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectra,UV-Vis,electrospray mass spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction.The results show that it crystallizes in monoclinic system and P2(1) space group with a=0.871 6 (1) nm,b=1.641 5(2) nm,c=1.646 8(2) nm,α=γ=90°,β=96.156(3)°,V=234 2.5(4) nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.596 g/cm3,GOOF=1.032,R1 = 0.046 8,wR2 = 0.102 4.The unit cell of the compound contains two [BnTPP] + cations,one [CuBr4]2- anion and two water molecules.Two neighboring [BnTPP] + cations form a dimer through the π…π stacking interaction.The C-H…Br、O-H…Br and C-H…O hydrogen bonds found in this salt result in the forming of network structure.The antibacterial experiment shows that [BnTPP]2[CuBr4]·2H2O has better antibacterial activity on colibacillus and staphylococcus aureus than [BnTPP]Br.
