食品中10种色素的高效液相色谱同时检测方法 被引量:7

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法建立食品中10种黄色色素的检测方法.甲醇作为溶剂对饮料、糖果、糕点3类样品进行提取,甲醇(A)-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液(B)-乙腈(C)为流动相,Macherey-Nagel C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)为固定相,柱温25 ℃,流速1.0 mL/min,波长435 nm,进样量20 μL.结果显示,10种色素的线性范围为0.25~160.0 μg/mL,饮料、糖果、糕点样品中各色素的加标回收率分别在88.0%~103.6%、88.0%~98.3%、81.4%~106.7%之间.该方法重现性好,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于食品中该10种黄色色素的分析. To establish a method for simultaneous determination 10 kinds of yellow pigments in food with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The pigments were extracted with methanol from drinks,candy and cake samples.The HPLC detection conditons were methanol (A),0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution (B),acetonitrile (C) as the mobile phase gradient,Macherey-Nagel C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) as the stationary phase,column temperature 25 ℃,the flow rate 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength 435 nm,injection volume 20 μL.The linear range of 10 kinds of pigment were 0.25~160.0 μg/mL,and the recoveries in drinks,candy,cakes samples were 88.0%~103.6%,88.0%~98.3%,81.4%~106.7%.This method showed good reproducibility,sensitivity and accuracy and it could be applied for determination of 10 kinds of yellow pigments in food.
