摘要
通过测定不同浓度的D-葡萄糖水溶液的旋光度,研究其规律,得出了葡萄糖水溶液变旋特性曲线的经验公式.分析表明,D-葡萄糖溶于水后,部分α-D-葡萄糖转化为β-D-葡萄糖,造成其水溶液旋光度的下降,本文给出的经验公式在变旋时间大于25min时能够较为准确地描述葡萄糖水溶液的变旋特性.这对于新配制α-D-葡萄糖溶液旋光度的预测和研究其他变旋物质的变旋特性具有一定的指导意义.
By measuring the optical rotation of different concentrations of glucose solution and analyzing the change of optical rotation of D-glucose solution,The general formula is given to describe mutarotation curve of D-glucose solution.The results show,after D-glucose was dissolved in water,part ofα-D-glucose convert toβ-D-glucose,which cause a decline in optical rotation of its solution.When the time of mutarotation is longer than 25 min,general equation given in the paper can accurately describe the mutarotation characteristics of D-glucose solution.This has some significance for prediction of optical rotation of freshly prepared glucose solution and study of mutarotation law of other mutarotation substance.
