激光技术在肝胆外科临床应用的现状与前景 被引量:2

Application status and prospect of laser technique in the hepatobiliary surgery

摘要 现代科学技术的进步,使激光器不断更新换代。近年来,激光技术在肝胆外科的临床的应用发展快速。本文就经皮激光消融(PLA)、激光碎石和激光肝切除的应用现状及发展前景做一综述,并对铥激光、准分子激光在肝胆外科领域的应用前景进行展望。 With the progress of modern science and technology, the lasers are updating and replaced continually. In recent years, laser technology develops rapidly in different areas of hepatobiliary surgery. This paper summarizes the application and prospects of percutaneous laser ablation (PLA) , lasertripsy and laser liver resection, and forecasts the innovative application of thulium laser and excimer laser in the related fields of hepato- biliary surgery.
