摘要
针对单一薄煤层露天开采剥采比大,井工开采效率低,造成资源浪费等问题,提出了一种吊斗铲倒堆机械铲采煤机分条区开采新工艺;系统研究了该工艺条件下的沟底开采参数、分条区宽度、长度、机械铲与吊斗铲跟进距离;提出分条区开采煤量接续方案;优化研究开采过程中运输系统及吊斗铲走行方式;现场应用结果表明:对于单一薄煤层露天矿,吊斗铲倒堆机械铲采煤机分条区开采工艺具有系统可靠性较高、生产成本低、地表扰动小等特点,可有效保护环境,提高劳动生产率,最大限度回采煤炭资源;实现科学、环保、绿色、智能一体化开采,同时对丰富和发展采矿理论具有重要意义。
According to the mine with a single thin seam would have a high stripping ratio, a low mining efficient rate in an underground mine, a resource waste and other problems, a new mining technique with a dragline, stacking machinery, shoveling coal shearer in the stripping blocks were provided. Under the technique condition, the paper systematically studied the mining parameters in the pit bottom, the width and length of the stripe block ,the following distances between the mechanical shovel and the dragline. The mining coal volume con- nection plan of the stripe block was provided. The transportation system and dragline moving mode in the mining process were optimized and studied. Fild application results showed that in a surface mine with a single thin seam, a stripe block mining technique with a dragline, stacking machinery, shoveling coal shearer would have a high systematic reliability, low production cost, low ground disturbance and other features and could effectively protect the environment,improve the labor and production efficiency and highly recover the mine resources. A science,environment protection, green and intelligent integrated mining could be realized and would have important significances to enrich and develop the mining theory.
