矸石充填间隔巷采及对地表移动变形影响研究

摘要 为解决建筑物下压煤开采和矸石无法处理的难题,研究了矸石充填间隔巷采技术。对顶板岩梁极限跨距及留设煤柱极限承载力进行了分析,设计了巷采煤柱和留设煤柱尺寸;同时,为了控制煤层开采后对地表移动变形的影响,运用概率积分法对各设计巷采方案引起的地表移动变形值进行综合对比分析,确定采5 m宽条带,留5 m宽煤柱的方案,并进行了现场工业性试验。沿煤层走向及沿煤层倾向地表下沉监测结果表明:设计的矸石充填间隔巷采方案对地表变形的影响较小,有效控制建筑物所处地表移动变形值均在建筑物损坏等级I级范围内。 In order to solve problem of coal mining under buildings and gangue disposal, the technology of interval roadway excavation and gangue filling was studied. Based on limit span of rock beam and the ultimate bearing capacity of pillar analysis, dimensions of roadway mining pillar and establishing pillar were analyzed; at the same time, in order to control influence of coal mining on the ground movement and deformation ground displacement and deformation of various schemes were compared and analyzed by using probability integral method. The scheme of mining 5 m and staying 5 m was determined and the field industrial test was carried out. Through the analysis of surface subsidence along the strike and tendency of coal seam by layout of monitoring points results showed that influence of designed gangue filling and roadway mining plan on earth surface was very slight effectively control and surface movement and deformation in the buildings was in the range of "I".
