摘要
针对近距离突出煤层群矿井采用穿层钻孔区域预抽措施时,未能有效把握钻孔瓦斯抽采变化规律,不能有效控制抽采时间与钻孔间距的关系,因而严重影响了矿井的采掘部署的问题,结合乌兰煤矿穿层钻孔区域预抽实际,对穿层钻孔进行方案对比,同时对区域预抽时空演化规律进行了研究,在此基础上构建了穿层钻孔区域预抽模型,准确率达到91%,并以此提出根据采掘接替计划,确定底板穿层钻孔阶段区域协调预抽的措施参数设计的思路,从而解决了突出煤层群联合防突的问题。
According to the problem the regional pre-drainage measures with the boreholes through strata were applied to a coal mine with a contiguous seams, due to ineffectively master the borehole gas drainage variation law and a relationship between the drainage time and the borehole intervals could not be effectively controlled, thus the issue of the mine mining and driving layout was seriously affected.In combi- nation with the regional pre-drainage practices with the boreholes through the strata in Wulan Mine, a plan comparison was conducted on the borehole through the strata and a study was conducted on the time-space evolution law of the regional pre-drainage.Based on the circumstances, the regional pre-drainage model with the boreholes through the strata was established, and the accuracy rate reached to 91%. Thus according to the mining and driving alternative plan, a design idea of the regional coordinative pre-drainage measure parameters at the stage of the borehole through floor strata were determined, thus the combined outburst prevention issue of the outburst seams was solved.
