摘要
基于对国内外现有刨煤机理论的分析研究,结合我国薄煤层开采现状,分析刨煤机在实际运行过程中受轴的水平振动、链条的多边形效应、链条所受预紧力等因素影响情况,构造刨煤机多体动力学模型,分析其对刨链可靠性产生影响的因素。通过Matlab进行仿真,得到刨链前后张力的时间历程与刨链的运行速度,分析得到影响刨煤机链条寿命的因素:相对于刨链预紧力和随机煤壁作用力对刨链疲劳寿命会产生较为严重的影响而言,链轮多边形效应所产生的影响相对较轻。最后提出了提高刨链使用寿命的具体方案。
Based on an analysis and study on the available coal plough theory at home and abroad, in combination with the thin seam min-ing status in China, the paper analyzed the axle horizontal vibration, polygon effect of the chains, pretension on the chains and other factors during the actual operation process of the coal plough. A muhibody dynamics model of the coal plough was built and the factors affected to the reliability of the plough chains were considered. With a Matlab applied to the simulation analysis, the time process of the tension at the front and rear of the plough chains and the running speed of the plough chains were obtained. Thus the factors affected to the chain service life of the plough. The related pretension of the plough chain and the random coal wall action role would cause serious influences to the fatigue life of the plough chains and the polygon effect of sprocket wheel could cause relative light influences. Finally, the paper provided the certain plan to improve the service life of the plough chains.
