薄煤层综采开采效率计算机模拟分析 被引量:3

摘要 薄煤层开采效率受多种因素影响,以大斗沟煤矿薄煤层开采为基础,应用计算机模拟技术,将现场调研的停开机时间、采煤机速度及工艺参数作为模拟的基础数据,再现工作面生产过程,详细的分析了各影响因素对工作面开采效率的影响,发现了工作面生产系统存在的问题。模拟分析表明:生产设备因素和辅助设备因素是影响大斗沟煤矿82203工作面开采效率的最主要因素,82203工作面在地质条件和开采水平处于国内平均水平时,年产量可以达到58.4万t。模拟结果为提高薄煤层的开采效率,优化薄煤层工作面的生产环节提供了依据。 The thin seam mining efficient rate was influenced by many factors. According to the thin seam mining practices in Dadougou Mine, the influence factors of the mining efficient rate in the thin seam mining face were determined. With the downtime and operation time, the coal shearer speed and the technical parameters from the site investigation as the simulation basic data, the computer simulation technology was applied to reappear the production process of the coal mining face, to in detail analyze each influence factor affected to the mining efficient rate of the coal mining face and to recognize the problems existed in the production system of the coal mining face. The simulation analysis showed that the production equipment factor and the auxiliary equipment factor were the main factors affected to the mining efficiency of No. 82203 coal mining face in Dadougou Mine. The geological condition and the mining level of No. 82203 coal mining face were in the domestic average level and the annual production could be 0.584 million tons. The simulation results could provide the basis to improve the thin seam mining efficiency and to optimize the production links of the thin seam mining face.
