矿井地面-巷道瞬变电磁探测系统设计及应用 被引量:9

摘要 为了改进矿井地质灾害监测手段,克服传统瞬变电磁法在地面或巷道探测的局限性,提出矿井地面-巷道瞬变电磁探测系统。该系统基于多通道瞬变电磁探测技术,通过总线网络将多个测点的探测数据实时传输到地面主机处理分析,并利用GENESIS64软件搭建三维可视化和远程访问平台进行数据展示和灾害预警。结合PLC和现场总线技术,解决了时钟同步和数据传输的关键问题,设计了接收装置和上位机软件。结果表明,该系统可以实现矿井地质探测和灾害预警,能有效提升矿井安全管理和应急救援水平。 In order to enrich the monitoring and measuring means of the mine geological disaster and to overcome the detection limitation of the conventional transient electromagnetic method applied to the mine surface or to the mine roadway, a transient electromagnetic detection system on the mine surface and in the mine roadway was provided. Based on the multi component transient electromagnetic detection technology and with the bus network, the system could real-timely transmit the detected data from the muhi measuring points to the mine surface host computer for the treatment and analysis. The GENESIS64 software was applied to set up the 3D visualized and remote accessing platform to conduct the data display and the disaster early warning. In combination with the PLC and the field bus technology, the key problems of the clock synchronization and the data transition were solved and the receiving device and the upper computer software were designed. The results showed that the system could realize the mine geological detection and the mine disaster early warning, could effectively improve the mine safety management and the emergency rescue level.
