基于需求分析的军事英语教学研究

摘要 以需求分析理论为依据,在问卷调查的基础上,从培养目标、课程设置、教材建设、授课模式和评价体系五个方面分析了目前军校军事英语教学的现状。针对存在的问题,提出了建设性的建议和设想:提高学员学习动机;培养学员自主学习能力,创建以应用性为主导的评价体系。以期为部队培养大批英语水平过硬的高素质复合型军事人才。 Based on the Needs Analysis theory and questionnaire, study on the current situa- tion of military English teaching from five aspects: training target, curriculum setting, ma- terial selection, teaching model and assessment system. And a set of constructive solutions, such as: improving students" learning motivation, developing their self-learning ability, and constructing a practical assessment system,are presented in order to train a large number of high-quality composite military personal with English proficiency in the army.
