青年编辑是军校学报发展的重要力量，青年编辑能力素质的高低，决定了期刊发展的潜力。青年编辑要学会在工作中加强自身的再学习，不断提高政治修养，打牢专业知识基础，加强语言文字能力，提高编辑加工能力。通过在工作中学习，在团队中学习，参加出版培训等方式，不断促进自身能力素质全面发展，以适应军校发展对期刊出版的要求。

Youth editor is an important force in the development of university journals, and the quality of young editors＂ ability determines the potential of the development of periodi- cals. Young editors should learn to own learning in the work, constantly improve the politi- cal culture,lay a solid professional knowledge base, strengthen the ability of language and writing,and improve the ability to edit and process. A willingness to be learners in the work and in the team and to participate in publication training can constantly promote their ability and quality to adapt to the requirements of the development of university journals.
