讨论了上海高桥分公司炼油厂3套催化装置分别由汽油和柴油方案加工的催化柴油的氧化安定性。通过调整催化装置的操作条件、催化柴油的调合比例及加稳定剂等方法可有效改善柴油的氧化安定性。

This paper discusses the oxidation stability of FCC diesel oils which are yielded by gasoline and diesel manufacturing procedures of three different FCC units.Oxidation stability of FCC diesel oils processed by different technologies is variable.Many kinds of way can change the total oxidation insoluble effectively,such as FCC operation conditions,blend ratio of FCC diesel oil and addition of stabilizer.Using suitable way,FCC diesel oils can directly mixed with straight-run distillation diesel oil to meet with the new national standard of light diesel oil after three months storage.
