摘要
通过低温硫化和分解反应,合成了芥酸硫钼。用四球试验机进行摩擦特性的研究表明,芥酸硫钼具有较好的减摩、抗磨和极压性能。同时利用俄歇能谱(AES)在摩擦表面层发现了硫、钼元素,据此认为芥酸硫钼的摩擦特性机理是在摩擦表面形成FeS和(或)层状结构的MoS_2。
In this work,molybdenum sulfate sinapinate(MSS)is synthesized by low-temperature sulfu- ration and decomposition,and its friction character is investigated on a four-ball test machine.The test result shows that the synthesized substance has better friction-reduction,abrasion-resistance and extreme-pressure properties. By Auger Energy Spectroscopy(AES) method,sulfur and molybdenum elements can be found in certain depth under the friction surface,as an evidence of the friction-reduction mechanism of MSS by formation of FeS and/or MoS_2 of a stratiform structure on the friction surface to endow MSS with excellent friction-reduction,abrasion-resistance and extreme pressure functions.
