摘要 针对目前输变电工程后评价缺乏安全性评价体系的现状,结合电网安全稳定导则及安全事故风险等级,提出适用于输变电工程的电网安全性评价指标体系及评价流程;在准确划分输变电工程在电网安全性能的影响范围之后,采用AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)方法对各个指标的关系进行分析,对输变电工程投运后的安全性进行评价。对中部地区某市220kV输变电工程进行安全性后评价,结果显示该评价体系及方法科学合理,具有一定的实用价值。 Given the lack of safety for the current evaluation system problems, combining with the power grid safety and stability guidelines and safety incident risk rating, the paper presents evaluation index sys- tem and evaluation process for the safety of transmission and distribution project; After the precise alloca- tion of the scope of the power transmission project in network safety and performance, use AHP method to have a depth analysis of the relationship between the various indicators and then set reasonable weights and evaluate a transmission and transformation power project. Finally taking a city in the central region of 220 kV transmission and transformation power project to have a safety post evaluation, the results show that the simple and practical method can make a scientific and reasonable evaluation.
