摘要
粉煤灰作为燃煤电厂最主要的固体废弃物,我国的年排放量高达上亿吨。为了保护环境,减少粉煤灰的堆积量,在电厂道路的路面基层设计中引入废弃物就地利用思路,在骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石路面基层混合料的基础上,从电厂就近取用粉煤灰,和不同掺量的水泥组成五组混合料,并通过试验对这五组路面基层材料的相关参数进行确定;由试验结果分析得出,最佳水泥用量就是同时满足强度与抗裂性要求的最低水泥用量;从力学性能、收缩性能、经济效益三个方面入手,对最佳水泥用量下架密实型水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石路面基层混合料的路用性能进行了检验。检验结果表明,最佳水泥用量路面基层混合料具备优越的抗裂能力和良好的经济效益,能够为电厂道路优化设计、粉煤灰就地利用提供新的途径。
As the main solid waste of coal power plants, China's annual emissions of fly ash up to 100 mil- lion tons. In order to protect the environment, and to reduce the amount of fly ash, local utilization is in- troduced into pavement design of power plant road; fly-ash is taken from the nearest power plant fly ash, mixed with the different content of cement mixture composed of five groups~ and through the test of the five group, relevant parameters of pavement material were determined; starting from the three aspects of mechanical properties, shrinkage performance, economic benefit, the road performance of optimum cement content pavement base was tested. Test results show that the best cement content of the road base mixture has superior anti-cracking capacity and good economic benefits, which provides a new way to optimize the design of the power plants road.
