摘要
从7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA)出发合成头孢唑啉钠,对合成过程及关键点进行优化,使每一步反应收率均有所提高,三步收率依次为92.0%、90.9%和92.3%,总收率可达77.2%。该工艺具有收率高、低成本、易操作等特点,极具有工业化生产价值。
Cefazolin sodium was synthesized from 7-aminocephalosporin acid (7-ACA). In this article, the synthesis process and the key points were optimized so that the yielding rates in every reaction steps were increased. The yielding rates in three steps were 92.0%, 90.9%, 92.3%, respectively, and total yielding rate reached 77.2%. This process has the advantages of high yielding rate, low cast and easy operation, thus it is quite worthwhile to be applied in industries.
