隔膜阀由于无死角、便于清洗灭菌、可全排尽等特点被广泛应用于制药及日化行业。然而在工程设计过程中,由于流体介质的理化性质、使用工况及用途的不同常会出现隔膜阀选型有误及错装等问题,使其无法满足流体洁净输送的要求。以几个常用目标用途为例,阐述其在制药及日化行业洁净流体输送系统中的正确应用。

Diaphragm valve is widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries in view of its characteristics of without dead comer, easy cleaning and sterilization and good draining with exhaustion. However in engineering design, with different physiochemical features, working conditions and applications of various mediums, the errors in selection and installation of diaphragm valve are often occurred so that the requirements for cleaning fluid delivery cannot be met. In this article, with several examples, the correct use of diaphragm valve in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries was expounded.
