Approach to the connotation of the safety humanology and its basic principles

为发展并完善安全人性学,从学科建设角度对安全人性学及基础原理进行了探究。首先,基于安全科学与人性学理论提出了安全人性学的定义与特性,规范了安全人性学学科属性,确定了安全人性学研究层次及研究内容的两大模块,并构建了安全人性学研究的多维结构体系。然后,分别从历史视角、基本规律原理、应用科学及文化区域4个层面确立了安全人性学多层次框架及学科分支,并构建了基于六维结构的安全人性学学科体系。最后,在前人研究成果的基础上,提出了安全人性与利益对立统一、安全人性淡忘原理等7条安全人性基础原理,进一步完善了安全人性学基础原理体系。

The present paper aims to introduce a general ap- proach to the safety science and science of humanity from the point of view of the discipline construction based on the compre- hensive analysis of the subject. In hoping to make a general introduction and improve the safety humanology as a branch of sci- ence, it is necessary, first of all, to define the characteristic features of safety humanology and then to specify the attributions of the safety humanology as a subject on the basis of the basic theory of safety science and humanity science. For the said purpose, we would like to propose the four research levels of the subject, including the relationship among the safety humanology, the human psychology and behavior trends, etc. ） , and the two modules of the main research areas （including ＂ the knowledge part＂ and ＂the action-taking part＂ ） of the science. Furthermore, we have built up a multidimensional structure system of the field in accordance with the subject characteristic features. Thus, it can be said that the multidimensional structure system of the safety humanology may consist of the profession dimension, the personnel dimension, the environment dimension, the time dimension, and those of technology and theoretical foundation. Then, on the basis of multi-dimensional consideration of the safety humanology re- search point of view, we have to establish a multiple hierarchical framework and the basic principles of the discipline from the his- toric point of view as a branch of applied science view and a cul- tural region, respectively. Besides, we have also made reference to the analytical.methods of the fishbone diagram, the subject system of the safety humanology based on the six dimensional structures. Last of all, we have brought about another 7 safety humanology basic principles according to the comprehensive study of humanity science and safety science on the previous research results, which may include the versatility and diversity of the safety humanity, and the safety humanity principles of the subject, such as, the increasing strength, the unity of the opposites between the safety humanity and the interests of the individuals, the oblivion principle, the principle of the safety for the time being, the principle of the safety perception prior to the sense of rationality, the humanity safe principle for ignoring the minor probability Of the accidents, in addition to the prospective study on how to supplement and perfect the basic system of the safety humanology principles.
