大学内部治理权力的博弈分析与制度设计

The Game Analysis and System Design of Internal Governance Power in Higher Education Institutions

行政权力和学术权力作为大学内部的两种主要权力,对二者关系的讨论一直是学术界的热门话题。文章以博弈论为工具,分析二者在不同情境下的博弈情况以及二者不同的策略选择会对大学整体的组织效率产生的影响,并得出分权与制衡是二者走出"囚徒困境",实现"帕累托最优"的最佳策略。

Administrative powers and academic powers are two major powers in higher education institutions. The relationship between them is always a hot topic in academic circle. By using Game Theory as a tool,the game conditions in different situations and the effect of overall college organization efficiency by their diversified strategies are analyzed. As a result,it is concluded that decentralization and balance is the best strategy to get rid of Prisoner’s Dilemma and achieve Pareto optimality.
