Construction of Contemporary College Ethics Management under Governance Paradigm

在知识经济时代背景下,当代大学生伦理意识的形成是在管理与治理相互融合的过程中完成的。解决治理范式下大学生管理伦理中存在的问题,需要情感道德的感化,而非理性制度的束缚。然而在治理范式变革的过程中,对大学生人性理念的忽视、大学生伦理认同的缺失、育人范式的局限性等,对大学生管理伦理的治理范式的变革造成冲击。为此,高校管理者必须重视对大学生人性理念的尊重,强化大学生伦理的认同感,完善专业化的育人范式。

Under the background of knowledge economy,the formation of contemporary college students’ ethical awareness is completed in the process of mutual integration of management and governance. To solve the existing problems in college students’ management ethics under the governance paradigm,emotional and moral influences are needed,rather than restraints of rational system. However,in the process of governance paradigm reform,neglecting humanity concept of college students,lack of ethics identity and education paradigm limitations,etc.,has caused tremendous impact on governance paradigm reform of college students’ management ethics.Therefore,university administrators must pay attention to respect the humanity concept of college students,strengthen college students’ ethical identity and improve professional education paradigm.
